ACTUALLY.
I was cycling home from the supermarket, early one morning, and I passed a field of camels.
It was really surreal. Not what I was expecting to see.

Of course, they're not wild. So maybe they don't count.

I heard a rumor that Sadiq khan is breeding camels in Cornwall to replace the London buses in order to cut down on emissions.

 

That may cut down on emissions but then you'll have a whole different sort of waste problem to deal with.

 

Someone posted early in the thread that Yoga was offending people because of some obscure connection to the Hindi religion and was about to trigger WW3.

 

I think that he got his idea from the old London tube trains, LOL.

I see a church acountant setting at his/her desk where the people are doing yoga instead of putting money in the colection plate and saying that sinfull yoga . Exposed camel tows or camel rides in London aside .

"Is yoga sinful?" . I've been to several yoga classes, and I plan to go regularly when I retire. However I do feel the haunting presence of several old nuns (surely long dead now) that harrowed the hallowed halls of my church, whenever I'm in the back of the yoga room accidentally catching a glance of yoga pants. They would surely consider my thoughts as sinful. I don't think a normal person would consider anything about yoga sinful.

 

Tantric Yoga is a different reality, and whether you consider it sinful depends on what you like I suppose.

To the uninitiated perhaps, they may think it's all about sex, when in fact wearing the proper clothing such as yoga pants only enhances the experience.

 

I love yoga, good for the heart mind and soul. Apparently helps you sleep better but not for me.

 

Not using one's mind is Sinful.....and killing another is the biggest SIN, if one talks about SINS....

 

lol Your answers made me laugh. I don't know why people often associate Yoga to religion. For me, it's a spiritual thing, but I see it as a harmony to body, mind and soul.
