So today, our school was having an outdoor-activities day for all students who participated in the school fundraiser. It started after third period, and we have six in a day, so I spent half the day walking around outside the school barefoot. Felt great! There were also a few others who had the same idea as well. I walked on grass, asphalt, rocks, pine cones, etc. Great day!

Did you know you can get intestinal worms from walking barefoot , just thought I'd throw that out there lol
I personally have never been able to walk on grass barefoot because it grosses me out. The thought of how many birds and dogs and cats pee and poop on the grass just creeps me right out.

Why? Because I won't walk on grass? I would pee on it! Idk if that's a kill more exciting or not... lol

That's only if you DIRECTLY step on infected shit. And it's really only an issue in the tropics, where the weather allows such parasites to survive for extended periods of time. In colder climates, the parasites and their eggs freeze to death, making this a non-issue. Also, soil matters. The type of worms you're talking about cannot live on stuff like sand, or gravel, so beaches for example are perfectly safe places for your bare feet. Only fertile soil, that has been literally smeared with shit poses a risk.

No. When I do it in the building, or on any other day, I get that lecture.
