No sir, I have been to Ludlow to pray for them. I lived in Colorado for 30 + years. It was required reading at Colorado State University. The miners and their families were gunned down by machine guns which were mounted to rail cars.
I've read about the machine guns: But couldn't find any reference to them being mounted on rail cars, only stationary positions and an automobile. Also the highest number of dead that I can find is about 200 in 18 months. But I understand about the use of the Guard, the military, and private armies to fight unions.
I has been a lot of years, since I was at Colorado State. Maybe I am remembering what my prof said? I was very affected by that event and did go to Ludlow, which is located right off I-25 in southern Colorado, before you reach New Mexico. I studied the Red Scare extensively, knowing history would repeat itself!
