Face Fat

    hi i am 37 years old working as a consultant in a real estate business, i have a sedentary life style no much time to do exercises and other brisk activities and i got chubby chin and body fat from last 4-5 years now it looks so chubby that i got embarrassed. how can i get out of it? suggest some effective ways //

    Cut out fizzy drinks. Better still go for the original Atkins diet, not the modern one.You need not fell hungry. That means not carbs or non green vegetables.

    If you aren't doing much exercise then I bet you don't need the volume of food that you're consuming or the fizz drinks like mentioned before. And sweat. You wanna sweat that so have hot baths will make you sweat, burning calories in the process.

    I don't think it is that simple.Some people are overweight because they are under nourished and hence have an urge to eat.

    You cannot spot reduce fat, so an overall calorie deficit, be it through diet, exercise, or a combination of the two, is the only way to lose unwanted fat.

    What if they squint and over exaggerate a smile? Get those cheek muscles working. ;)

    I tried to not to eat junk food, but I always say to myself, will avoid it tomorrow..:(..but that tomorrow is never coming. All the efforts worthless cz after two-three days of my determination, not eat high-calorie food is being broken down and i eat alot.....

    Eat less and sit less..every step makes a difference..

    Drink lots of water!

    Sugar has no fat, but turns to fat if not used up!

    No offense, but the foods you listed, well, if I had to eat those I'd look like an Ethiopian in a month, cause I don't (won't) eat any of that. lmao.

    It's not bad at all...a game I play has Ethiopians and they're all tall and very skinny. IOW, I would shrivel up to a bag of bones on that diet.
