I was illustrating a little girl just out of baby hood trying to communicate, and I thought in an intelligent way. rather than just trying to rip the scratchy dress off herself, she took a material she wanted on her little self to show her mom. Her mom did not get it. I understood. I , too, have very sensitive skin, and it was oppressively hot that day....and uncomfortable for me even in cotton knit..

Do you make it a point to not just answer in a simple manner?

i make it a point to answer in an honest manor, which a 'simple' manor, too seldom is.
if i can find a simple way that is also an honest one, that is fine, but i'm "not smart enough" to always do so.
