Spring Fever - Recent Photos

And it's started. Straight from bitterly cold to sweltering hot. We're dying. I like the weather in July and August but it's a little early for such high heat the beginning of June.

I went to the wooded park out past the coves and the water level was really high there too (well, it's the same lake, lol). These tree branches were almost in the water.




I spied a family of geese and snapped a pic with my phone so it's a little grainy. The goslings were already getting big, I missed them as babies earlier in the spring.




This hungry little squirrel couldn't wait to eat the peanut I tossed over to him. People kept walking by and cycling by and he would scramble up the tree to hide every time. Finally he just started eating while hanging there. It was the funniest thing. He was hanging on by his back feet only. He has great grip!
