I don't see why the Country's Monarch has any need to see an ex-colony leader - that is a Political, not a Royal matter of Protocol In respect of seeing if there will be a reduction in the mobilisation of protests - there are a number of Months to go and in which his Actions - and Words, will see how that will work out
I can't see any hope whatsoever that Trump is going to change before the autumn, so I'm sure there will be protests. No doubt they'll try to keep Trump away from seeing too much of them. Will the protests do any good? Other than allowing people to express their views on DT I expect not. At least he won't get the privilege of addressing the Commons and Lords, thanks to the Speaker.
