Creepy/cryptic Video - (Possibly Christian Terrorist Related)

This is the video in question. It was originally posted to /x/ under the same title (11BX-2024) with only a link to the video in the thread. Numerous /x/men and /pol/acks noticed and began solving it. It was then posted to Godlike Productions forum (then to ATS) where even more crypto-fucko's joined in trying to make sense of it. Additionally, the video has already been reported to the FBI so no need to re-report. The audio is full of images which can only be viewed with a spectrogram. The video description leads to a wav file titled 11BX-2019 which is a high quality of the audio from the video. Several enigmas persist in the video but we are working to make sense of them. A few things we've already solved are ITT.

Several things have already been solved and can be found on the discord.

We're currently working on collecting everything and making it accessible in a public Google Doc format. All pertinent information related to this can be found in the discord. If you or someone you know is a cryptographer please let them know about this so that we can potentially solve/crack the video faster. Presently, I (OP) am working on a powerpoint presentation to provide a crypto analysis of the video. It's believed that a Christian terrorist group dubbed the "Underground Church" is behind it's creation and that the GPS coordinates (some) are to meet them and "join them" as the message suggests. If you have the ability to travel and investigate this please contact me personally.

ok, so, precisely why is this supposed to be a big deal?

some guy put on a snow colored and textured robe and a sort of bird shaped head of the same color and texture,
then spoke a bunch of random gibberish which they recorded and payed backward to add to the visual.

sort of an easy thing to do that i've met probably hundreds of people with the skills, knowledge, and technology to produce.

i'm not familiar with any of the sites or organizations named.
if this is supposed to be some sort of recruiting ploy for hate organizations of some kind, then yes of course i'm not pleased.

but otherwise, it just looks like someone being silly and having fun.
