When Women Strip, Why Do They Always Turn And Face Away?

At nude resorts, in online video, on cam sites, I've noticed that women will freely remove their top and smile while facing you, but when removing their panties, thong, whatever they almost always turn their back.

It seems almost universal regardless of age or setting.
Are there any women here who can comment on this?
As a man fascinated by the female psyche (and anatomy!) it makes me very curious.

My theory is that people tend to undress while facing the pile of clothing that they are creating. Similarly, they dress while facing the pile of clothes that they are drawing from.
