ah haha! yeah, i'd be the kinda person to learn that the hard way ;) j/k Actually, I was so excited about this, I read up on it last night after posting and realized how funny/scary/dumb my question might have looked to someone who knew better. Thing is, the material there in the image looks kindof velvety though, like that material on those neck pillows. You know it? polyester/spandex, I suppose. idk. That's what came to my mind on first glance.

 

I don't know what the fabric in the pic is.  

 

I only put that as an example of how brightly patterned my material is.

 

I'll post pics of mine when I get back to making them.  My machine was giving me fits so I only did one, for my mail carrier.

I knew a girl with fibro and she swore by those things for her aching muscles.

I've got Fibromyalgia and Arthritis.  

 

Here's a pic of an entire tee shirt turned into a rice heating pad by someone.

Ah, i see. Awesome! Yeah, I probably won't get around to this for awhile either, but I seriously love the idea! :)
