I had one for years. Given to me as a gift. It was great for my back. I lent itvout to a neighbor. She mkved back to canada and took it with her. Now I have to find another. My back has been sore for the last week and sure wish I had it

What is a tube sock anyway?
To me, a sock is a sock. Goes on your feet.

Yeah, the athletic knee sock but what distinguishes it as a "tube" sock is that it has no heel shape made into it.

Rice bags are great.
People in cherry areas often collect pits to make similar hot/cold packs.

Flax supposedly does best because of the oil in the seed slowing heat exchange.

As for corn, only popcorn pops. The corn used for animal feed, corn meal or stoves will do.

Lol, I thought there must be more kinds of corn than popcorn!

Tbh, I mainly consume popcorn. I make cornbread a couple times a year and I don't like fresh or sweet corn.
Popcorn is at least monthly.

Cotton. Other fabric may be flammable.

Pretty!

I knew a girl with fibro and she swore by those things for her aching muscles.

ah haha! yeah, i'd be the kinda person to learn that the hard way ;) j/k Actually, I was so excited about this, I read up on it last night after posting and realized how funny/scary/dumb my question might have looked to someone who knew better. Thing is, the material there in the image looks kindof velvety though, like that material on those neck pillows. You know it? polyester/spandex, I suppose. idk. That's what came to my mind on first glance.
