I'm sewing up a bunch of these from scraps.  I'll give them to family and friends.

The first one goes to my awesome mail carrier.

My scraps are bright so they look sort of like these and they are scented with eucalyptus oil.

I forgot to mention that you put them in the microwave, or the freezer.

I love those things. I use them all the time when my lower back go. That's awesome. :)

I always thought they were wheat though lol. I usually heat them for too long and I start to smell them and it just reminded me of like wheat. Now that I remember it I actually captured one to the side and I bit on it for curiosity and now I'm remembering texture and it probably was rice. :D

They can be made of wheat, flax seed, corn but I don't know what kind won't pop in the microwave!

I have an old cherry stone one that got a whole in it.  I need to fix it.

Yeah. If it was corn I'd probably bake it... and then eat it. :D

What is a tube sock anyway?
To me, a sock is a sock. Goes on your feet.

Those 80's socks that go up to your knee. They still sell them at some athletic stores
