Commercial longline fisherman in Alaska. Sometimes I love it sometimes I hate it. At 3am, the wind is blowing with the rain hammering down, your hand are numb that jobs sucks. But a beautiful sunset and you're catching fish life is grand.

 

I am currently earning a living as a freelance proof reader and copywriter.It can be a bit boring at times but I work from home so I can potter around and do my own thing which is mostly writing and recording music.It gives me an open schedule so I can choose my own hours.I love going out but I'm a real home body so it suits me just fine.

I am in education. I do like it. Hopefully I will change positions and work in professional development.

 

I work for the railroad. I shuffle paperwork for the intermodal shipping industry.. I also move the paperwork for coal, ethanol, diesel, crude, and auto.. and I sometimes answer the phone...
Intermodal is where all your junk comes from. Blue jeans to cellphone cases. All the junk you love is in those shipping containers.. couldnt really tell you whats in those, other than who is leasing the unit out. But I really dont give a shit, its just the shit day in day out..

I am a lawyer. (Music from "Jaws" slowly crescendos.) Second career. I was an academic for 15 years. I like my job. Our state public defender agency pays me a salary and benefits out of the Man's money ... to fight the Man! I specialize in representing clients with SPMI and IDD. I practice law in a state hospital on the outskirts of town two days per week, and I practice in the criminal courts downtown three days per week. When I'm not practicing law, I'm writing about food.

 

Clean up after slobs after games and such. No, I do not like it.

 

I take people horse riding in the Alps and look after the day to day inventory like drinks, food and alcohol supply for a small hostel I now manage. I look after the stables too and have free stable that way.

I'm a hairstylist. I have my own salon so I don't have a boss. I make my own schedule and don't have to answer to anyone. I love it.

When I'm not there I'm changing shitty diapers and teaching my 18 month old how to say pterodactyl.
