i have been listening to this site www.femmefatalica.com women in punk music and there's a lot more women in punk rock than any other genre seems to me except neosoul which i also like alot
I'd say Vocal Trance seems to have the most women of any genre that I listen to. You could go probably go for a few hours of playing just a regular Vocal Trance Station and hear all Women singing. Although many of the producers are Male.
i really dig the whole grrrrrllll rock genre. i am pretty sure that fits under the punk rock genre despite most traditional punk rock acts i like are male.
Punk, the music genre famous (or notorious) for bands that formed before they could play, has a higher percentage of women than the average music genre... hmm curious!

Saw them way back before fever to tell got any airplay. Friend came to the show with me and asked people around us. "Who the hell is that? Olive oil? I was a fan right away though. I remember a guy calling up a radio station to win free tickets to a concert and he said karen was hot. The DJ was like ...ummmm what are you talking about?
