    1. Correct he did not. Depending on how you factor inflation its between the 4th and 8th largest in history. But we're making progress. At least you admit that its a tax cut now.
    2. Depends on who you poll.
    3. Gonna agree here. Obama did that.
    4. ISIS didn't exist when Obama took office. They originated and took all of the land they held because of Obamas policy on troop withdrawal. While he made very limited progress in taking on ISIS, it was by no means a victory by any measure you want to try and argue. ISIS has lost 97 of its territory by December 17. You can argue that some of that 97% was done in Obamas days, but it would be in the last days of his administration and not at any rate close to what took place in the last 12 months.
    5. Look at the last domestic attacks in America done by Muslims. Look at how they got here. Muddy it up any way you like. If we can eliminate a likely source of terrorism by X% by making sure they aren't here, its less of a fight on our hands.
    6. I'll agree with you here. Totally stupid claim to make.
    7. I can't argue with the numbers. I will agree that he is trying to eliminate these thugs. Which is better than previous administrations attempts. In 2012 Obama at least labelled them as a criminal gang. They have a long history of violence and arrest. Even by liberal standards these guys are reason enough to deport in the largest number possible instead of housing them in our prisons.
    8. In terms of oil, not yet. But we will be probably will be during his administration. In terms of total energy he may be correct. I know we export a LOT of coal. Way more than we use.
    9. Really? Who is it not helping? Who is it hurting?
    10. True. He made a false statement assuming the ACA is still solvent by 2019.
    11. Yeah he should have simply said 2.1 million jobs in his first 12 months and you could just accept that its 400% more than the previous administrations results. But yeah you're right he didn't state that correctly.

(Insert sarcasm emoji here) What I hated about the address was the black man that is a welder and got a raise and is helping his family and household out by his better paying job. Damn it. He's black. Trump can't allow blacks to do better. The racist bastard. (End sarcasm emoji here).

Where are you getting your 400% figure

According to my research it was the slowest year of job growth since 2010.

Are you comparing first year to first year? If thats the case the figure is a bit lacking in context because as we all know Obama inherited a recession and Trump inherited a strong economy rebounded from said recession

Nunes' memo has been changed from what was approved to be released by the Republicans on the committee.
Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff has accused Republican Nunes of secretly changing the memo before it was sent to the white House.
Nunes admits to making "minor changes"
The Democrats haven't seen the changes as far as I know.

The Republicans have also voted to stop a democratic response to the memo and to release it before it is reviewed by the DOJ and the FBI. The DOJ and the FBI have said that the release will compromise their intelligence gathering abilities and that they can not confirm or deny anything in the memo as that would reveal how their intelligence information is obtained putting the nation and its allies at risk.

    In regards to the memo:
Nunes also claims that his committee has been investigating the FBI and the DJ:
Adam Schiff, the ranking minority head of the committee says that he knows nothing about an investigation of the FBI or DOJ by the committee he is on.

Bing, Microsoft's search engine is being flooded with "fake news" from a single YouTube account.

I haven't checked it out myself yet....wonder who it could be?
It looks to me like a continuation of the Russian meddling that Trump denies ever happened.

    I think this is it....

Obama's last year number was 2.8 million news jobs. Anyone could look that up...not classified information!

Trump thinks he had the biggest number of people watching his state of the union speech. He is wrong. Bill Clinton, GW Bush, and Obama all had more people watching their speech.

Will you wait until you see the Democrat report to form an opinion, or will you go with the cherry picked, heavily edited Republican version?

Trump’s State of the Union delivered more drama, passion, patriotism than his Hollywood critics have all year

"Hollywood, eat your hearts out. President Trump’s first-ever State of the Union Address delivered more drama, passion and feel-good patriotism than his critics in Tinseltown delivered all year. My guess – his ratings will top the Oscars and the Grammys, combined."

The decline of the coal industry was used as a culture war talking point by Trump during the 2016 campaign who blamed it on Obama. In reality, overall market forces are the main cause.

The future for the U.S. coal industry looks bleak. It leaves Trump to resort to approaches such as imposing tariffs on coal imports from countries such as Colombia and his administration's recent failed plea to subsidize the U.S. coal industry in the name of national security.

A better approach would be repurposing of the land as solar or wind farms or the retraining workers for other energy industries such as natural gas. Trump's proposed budget cuts for development of the Appalachian area don't make such options promising.

Once and for all: Obama didn’t crush US coal, and Trump can’t save it
A definitive report shows that the “war on coal” is being waged by markets, and it isn’t over.

Once and for all: Obama didn’t crush US coal, and Trump can’t save it

    From the article:

"Trump’s budget proposed to slash funding for many of the existing federal programs that help Appalachia, most notably the Appalachian Regional Commission and the Economic Development Administration. Those are just a few of the cuts he favored that would hurt coal communities and workers. Spending has to be cut, after all, to make way for Congress’s enormous tax cut for corporations and the wealthy.

And thus far, Trump has been publicly silent about the threat to miner pensions, though he’s assured Manchin in private that he intends to speak up about it, and he usually keeps his promises, so that’s all good.

The GOP’s loyalty to coal communities seems to extend exactly as far as rolling back pollution regulations, and no further. Coincidentally, rolling back pollution regulations also enriches fossil fuel executives (and disproportionately impacts the health of working-class families). Certainly helping coal communities is never prioritized over, say, high-end tax cuts. At least miners get to appear as props in political rallies, though."

Sudden exit of ambassador pick has Trump facing Korean crisis without key diplomat

Sudden exit of ambassador pick has Trump facing Korean crisis without key diplomat

"WASHINGTON — At roughly the same time President Donald Trump was laying out his administration’s North Korea policy in Tuesday’s State of the Union address, South Korean and U.S. officials in Seoul were waking up to the news that the administration’s long-awaited choice for ambassador, Victor Cha, had withdrawn himself from consideration.

One top U.S. official said embassy staff learned through news reports that their embassy would remain without a top envoy, raising concern that the critical strategic post will remain empty for the foreseeable future."

9 questions about Watergate you were too embarrassed to ask

9 questions about Watergate you were too embarrassed to ask

"It's impossible to list all the varied ways the White House attempted to impair investigations from the grand jury, from the special Senate committee eventually formed to deal with the scandal, and from the independent counsel appointed to investigate the affair. But here are a few:

---Within days of the break-in, Nixon decided to ask the CIA to disrupt the FBI's investigation of the incident, on the grounds that it concerned matters of national security; the CIA, however, resisted the order.

---Throughout the FBI's early investigation, White House counsel Dean sat in on interviews with witnesses and got regular updates from Gray.

---The White House paid hush money to co-conspirators, including $75,000 to Hunt personally; Nixon was caught on tape discussing the arrangements with Dean.

---Nixon tried, to no avail, to have aides manufacture dictatape evidence to give to Judge Sirica.

---Nixon implied to Ehrlichman that they should prevent Dean from continuing to cooperate with investigators by offering him clemency in exchange for keeping his mouth shut.

---Ehrlichman ordered Colson to offer clemency to Hunt in exchange for silence.

Later, when it came out that there was hard tape evidence concerning Nixon and other aides' roles in the cover-up, the administration took extraordinary measures — including going to the Supreme Court and attempting an unprecedented quashing of a Justice Department investigation — to prevent it from coming to light."

An article from 2015 about Trump appealing to conspiracy theories about the government being against him.

A glance at Google Earth shows that Mar-a-Lago is about two miles due east in the direct path of the runway of Palm Beach International Airport.

For Trump, 'wind farm' is a dirty word because of his years-long multi-court battle against installation of wind turbines near his golf course in Scotland. In contrast, coal, in Trump's own words, is 'beautiful and clean'.

If a coal mine was near one of Trump's golf resorts and causing smog and noise, he would do whatever he could to shut down the mine, even appealing to reduction of pollution or unsightly land as an argument. In a similar fashion, he's been trying for years to knock an elderly couple off land near his golf course in Scotland.

Trump sued Palm Beach for $100 million (one of a string of lawsuits) for what he said was aircraft flying over his Mar-a-Lago mansion, generating noise, and allegedly coating it with soot. He initially tried to get the whole airport moved (the door-in-the-face bargaining tactic). He used a 1995 lawsuit to coerce Palm Beach into leasing land to him adjacent to the airport where he built his Trump golf course.

Unfortunately the transparent Republicans will not let us see the Democratic memo, just the one Nunes crafted with Trump's help that Trump will now approve to be released.

Remember when Trump claimed that Obama had wiretapped Trump Trower? Nunes immediately released a statement that “the intelligence community incidentally collected information about US citizens involved in the Trump transition,” in an attempt to defend Trump's statement. Turned out the information that backed up Trump's claim came form.... the White House!

By the way both Trump and Nunes are Republicans, not Democrats.
So much for the credibility and non coruptable Republican Nunes.

So recently Nunes, with White House aid, crafted a secret memo designed to attack Trump's own Republican intelligence committee in an effort to derail the Russian investigation.
Trump can't fire Mueller, so instead he's attacking and firing his boss Rosenstein. He'll then replace him with someone who is "on his team".
And farmerdon has the balls to claim the Democrats are the corrupt ones!!!!!

The 9 biggest questions about the Nunes memo, answered
