Europe Unites Against Radical Islam

We can see the Islamic radicalism not only in Europe, but also all around the world. It is so good all the European leaders demonstrate their ideas against the radicalism, but there are a lot of questions on the dark side of this action, which it causes to think a little more than just showing our negative views to the radicalism!
For solving the problem of radicalism we should answer to some questions as follows.
1- What cases the radicalism forms in different society?
2- What is the economic and education situations in the countries where radicalism were born?
3- What are the European governments, practical programs, to improve the economic crices for the third world societies?
