    TALK ABOUT NEGATIVITY...yes you can buy 2 acres for under $10000...no it's not all rocky or swampland...matter of fact there is no rocky terrain in the area i live in ...but if you want serviced lots.eg:water and sewer...you will have to be in a town and those will cost you much more ..not only on the buying price but also in taxes...and yes you will need a vehicule...only places i can think of where you don't need a driver's license is montreal,toronto and vancouver...........another alternative is to rent in the country...plenty of land to raise crops etc ..another thing about living in a town s that most don't allow farming in town limits...
