I'm going to be buried in a place about 10 miles from me.It's basically a couple of fields in the countryside called 'the orchard' it is full of apple, pear, plum trees that are planted on top of your plot. You can do the burial yourself pretty much.Don't need coffins.A cotton sheet will do me and a nice Russet apple tree planted above me.
I paid to bury my Staffordshire Bull terrier there(stig) 2 years ago.I regularly visit him and see how his tree is growing.I take my other dogs up there,it's so peaceful. All you can hear is birdsong. In the Autumn i go and pick apples :)

I want a large pyre to be constructed
Out of many types of dead, dry branch
That happens to be lying about
I want cannabis, cinnamon, and other such incense
And fragrances to be thrown into the fire
Which is to be kindled with stone
And the coin placed on my tongue
I want to be thrown onto this pyre
At an, as yet, unspecified location
And for those who attend to dance in esctatic revelry around
With wine, and nakedness, and much happy despair
Like the good Bacchante that I am

I don't want to be buried, I hate the thought of being in a box deep in the ground. I'd rather be cremated and sprinkled somewhere. The ocean would be nice!

In a discreet location so that fans won't clutter my grave with teddy bears, flowers, and candles.

    Arlington National Cemetery.

Got the official grant of approval from their admissions board last year. My grandfather is buried there also.

I might be wrong, but I think depending on when you donate you can actually get paid for it. Dont quote me on that, its been like 10 years since i've looked into it but I vaguely remember finding somewhere that paid a couple grand for it..not sure if you get paid when you sign up or if your family gets paid when you die

I want to donate my body to science too, or to the Bodyworks exhibit if it is still around

That seemed too macabre to me and I didn't go when I got invited.

I want to be laid on top of a hill over an altar made of bricks of semtex. Then after a very brief ceremony everyone gets cover, the detonator switch is flipped and my body blows up into smithereens in a nice yellow fireball. No body to dispose of, ants and birds will pick what is left

i'm not going to be burried anywhere.
my friggin dead meat will, when i'm no longer in it,
and it no longer has anything to do with me.

back when they had nuclear test sites,
i wanted to have my remains planted at ground zero for one,

the idea being to have all my matter converted to energy,
and have this energy be somehow available to my spirit.

    well i've said this before,
i don't expect to have much say in what is done with my remains,
    neither of my parents did.

so whoever gets the responsibility to deal with them,
as i leave no hiers nor assigns, as far as i know,
will do with them as ever they feel like.

i really serious doubt, that whatever is done with them,
will have any direct or discernable affect,
on what, if anything, my disembodied awareness,
should there happen to be such a thing
(as i rather hope that there is)
will or might, be experiencing at the time,
    or at any other time.

really the only thing i see the treatment of my remains as having anything to do with,
is the health of those alive, and of course, whatever contribution they may make,
to the renewal of the earth and the circle of life.
