I'm just having a little food.

It's still cloudy here. The rain yesterday brought in chilly weather so it's cloudy and cool.

I've got gifts for our 4 adult children, and our 5 grandchildren, to get into the gift bags today. They only gift that won't arrive for Christmas is the ballet slippers for the triplets. They will be happy to get them in January, though.

Tomorrow morning I have to make the Corn Casserole that will go over with us to my son's house for Christmas Lunch/Dinner.

I'll be so happy to see my grandson, my daughter, and my daughter-in-law!

Christmas is going to be low-key but awesome.

Hope your Holiday gets better, sounds like a bit of a rough start. IBS no fun, I have a bout of it every other month, for a few days.
Maybe you'll get lucky and the neighbors will need to move...:)
    Hope your Christmas is awesome!

I spoke to shitty neighbor #2 the other day. She was cordial because I was helping her locate her loose dog. I was at my son's house instead of my house and I don't think she realized who I was. I mean, I am the woman who supposedly threatened her 10 year old daughter with a cane; right?

    These people slay me.

Tip for everyone that will have no money for the rest of the month.
Take a handful of potato chips and place in bowl, smash and grind them to flaky powder with bottom of glass.
Add tuna packet and mix and stir til your tuna has been mostly covered.
place cup of soup in the microwave *be sure to open it and add water first* heat for 3mins til extremely hot.
empty cup of soup into your tuna chip.
I like to drain it off with strainer, but you do what you like.
The chips will help the tuna stick to the noodles and not all fall to the bottom.

    That's handy!

I had a tuna casserole, once, that I liked. I've never been able to find a recipe to duplicate that taste.

Generally, I don't care for warm tuna.

Thanks Orison, that will come in handy.
I can mix that in with my Nutrisystem diet. Should go well together, and keep me from cheating so much. :)

I took Emma for a walk. She's disappointed that the neighborhood was completely quiet and no one was outdoors at all.

I make a spice rub mix from chilli powder, phennyl powder, garlic power and mixed spices salt and pepper. And I sprinkle all that on the meat side and then top side is scored, dried with a hair dryer then I just salt the top. No oils or anything because you get that from the meat. :)

My recipe is based off a Cantonese BBQ pork roast that I've been doing for a while now. I always mix up the spices. Sometimes different chilli to see what work. Cayenne peppers etc. Um actually growing my own chilli now and make my own chilli peppers. :)

And then cook for 30mins on 250*C and then 30min more for every kilo on 220*C

This is going to sit it the fridge for hours now before I start to cook. And my potato salad too. :)

This is my most anxious hoodoo I've had at my place, only two couples coming so 6 all up, but I'm nervous. :p all I know is it'
fail, the pork will make up for it.

I told him that it's your thing - you make it every year.
