If she put on a bra and pulled her pants up, the second outfit would be alright, I guess. Maybe I should apply to be her stylist. I could help her, bless her heart.
And if they happen to become famous for it what then? What would you mind the most (if anything)t? Would it be about her, her style or the people that made her famous? The fans, or the media? Yeah, what I ment is that she's not the exceptional bane of pop culture, just one of many artists who symbolizes pop culture. Pop culture is for a large part a big pile of shit. Madonna is not the bane of a big pile of shit. Just a part of it.
We do not disagree about that. I also acknowledge that shitty stuff can be entertaining, funny and also for the most part harmless. But it is still shitty. But its good to keep in mind that pop culture is a big generalisation, it encompasses a lot. There's ought to be something good in it. For the large part though it seems to be overly focussed on appealing to a majority (in other words what's popular) which in a lot of instances (but not all) takes away from how good, original and fun etc. it really is. Sure, people who have not developed taste yet might really think it is good and a lot of fun which is a big reason why it is specifically marketed for teenagers
