ombre means shadow to me...i still have no idea what this thread is about

 

Ombre means man to me. The 'h' is silent anyway. I still have no idea what this thread is about.

 

I think these women have little men hiding in their hair...

i never heard the word ombre to describe hair color before.


for what it's worth, i like that coloring much better than the brunette to light brown ones you posted 2nd.

 

umber is a dark shade of brown. ombre and umber sound somewhat alike when spoken.

 

I think the red ombre looks too much like a bad dye job growing out. I like the brown ombre better.

 

i think the light brown ones look super trashy
