I'm not really a fan of swimming pools. And even if I was - it'd take me an hour to get to one in this city. I just don't have the energy for it atm. But I really think swimming is the best exercise.
Ah. I'm with you there. I only like the sea or lakes. And England doesn't really have any lakes I want to get into.
Eh I'm not really a fan of our lakes here in the city tbh, but what can you do. But if I'm at the coast, I'm probably out swimming at 7 am already.
I'm almost done rearranging my workout room in the basement. (2) way better heavy bags hung up. Big TV hung for movies n YouTubes. Dusted equipment Washed the padded floor My current workout is 5 days a week But February 1st..... I'm ready to start the 7 day per week workout. Boxing class 3 days per week. (Mon. Wed. Thurs.) Kick Boxing class 1 day per week. (Fri) Dancing 3 days per week. (Mon. Thurs. Sat.) I'll be adding Heavy weight lifting 2 days per week. (Tues. Sun.)
