So far, nothing. Typically I avoid cooking like the plague! :)
I did however open an avocado and eat it with a spoon. :D

Forgot to remove the meat from the freezer last evening, so no Sunday Roast today - will have to go search and see what I can defrost hurriedly and munch through.

Be assured, I won't starve darlin' - I always keep a well stocked freezer, fridge and cabinets so I'm thinking perhaps a fry up. I have burgers, sausages, black pudding, mushrooms, eggs and some oven chips so I can make myself a fairly decent meal.

I making some hummus. Simple recipe and takes just minutes. I finely slice half a clove a garlic, squeeze fresh lemons for the juice, about 250 ml, 1/4 cup of tahini, one can of chick peas and reserve about 3/4 of the liquid of the can, toss it all in a blender and wa la you have it fresh with pita bread.

Yay !!! Rabbie Burns Day - will be scoffing Haggis, neeps and Tatties later this afternoon and washing it all down with a 'wee dram' (in my case Brandy, instead of whisky).
