4/13 National Drive Slow in the Passing Lane Day

Just remember I have a big ass 4X4 with a big ass brush bar in the front instead of a bumper. It loves to eat Hondas and Priuses.

 

you can always look before sit, or find something to hang onto and stand. you can't do that in your car where the baby has been sitting.

 

This year could be over the top. Picture traffic jams coast to coast. A perfect utopia.

I personally find this day such a relief, because you know, driving correctly is so hard.

 

Also known as national road rage day.

I'm actually surprised that this one little thread reached so many people.

If this is an actual holiday, then that means every day is a holiday where I live -_-

 

Unless..EVERY day is drive slow in the passing lane day!

 

every day is a good day to avoid driving at all,
and to promote every means of not having to.

having to means having to drag around more crap then you can comfortably carry on your back,
or having to go places and at times other transportation is unavailable, and are too far to walk.

in most sane places, or places that have been from time to time, you can be cited, fined and even arrested for obstructing traffic.
granted statistics might be on your side if a whole bunch of people were doing this in all lanes at the same time.
a really large bunch. although there's a way for enforcement can deal with that too if they have to.

well there's advantages to public transportation running on its own separate right of way.

there's other ways too. (and sheesh, does it really take rocket science to look where you're going to sit before you sit down there?)

 

Shouldnt Friday the 13th be hack a bunch of camp counsellors to pieces day?
