It must be a really sad state of affairs for the Republican Party when I think jeb bush actually sounds the most reasonable out of all of them.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects,[a] against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Any presidiential candidate or other politician that wishes to violate the bill of rights, or piss on the constitution is a criminal and an enemy of the American people.

you missed the part about probable cause ...

encrypted messages are unreadable garbage, so you can't look to see if there's probable cause, therefore you can't search, cuz you have no, PROBABLE CAUSE. Large scale invasion of everyone's privacy is unconstitutional!

and don't give me any nonsense about "reasonable suspicion" .... you need probable cause for a search warrant. Go study law if you're confused by this.

You have no idea what you're talking about, in terms of the law, and this thread has gone far enough off topic.

If you look into the numbers, Sanders has an extremely good chance of getting the nomination.
Especially if everyone who says "I just don't think he can win" would stop second-guessing our best chance at a decent president and vote for him in the primaries.

The numbers show that if he wins, Democrats also have a stronger chance of winning up and down the ticket... which means a more blue tinted Congress.
Bernie is even winning some Republicans over to vote for him.

He also has stronger numbers against any Republican than Hillary does.

Yes, I trust the government to identity all terrorists before they carry out any act of terrorism. Thank god we have warrantless wiretapping. Without the Patriot Act, we'd all be dead. They are all guilty until proven innocent. Hillary 2016!

by the time it gets to the primaries, the outcome has pretty much already been decided ... but please do vote if you care.

    protip:

not all republicans are the same, have the same ethics or ideals
not all democrats are the same, have the same ethics or ideals

well apparently in real life, not surprisingly, not very many people did.
he probably would have been a saner choice for the republican party then who they did.
not that they gave themselves any sane choices to choose from.

given 20/20 hindsight, there probably isn't a single person on the face of the planet, who wouldn't have been a better choice then trump.
