From my wiser understanding the count started 1-4 (that's January 4). That's the exact date when my mobile internet hotspot time and data got activated!

This 3-4 decode from 616 matches with the expiration date of my mobile internet hotspot connection being activated. My mobile internet hotspot connection expires exactly on March 4 (that's 3-4).
