Watching a live in Wacken show of them...wow! not really into that vocal style but the music is awesome I usually listen to Stoner/Doom.
Just naming two? Or can I post again if someone else posts? Teehee Today's choice Limp Bizkit and Finch. Think this would be a good show. I haven't seen either, but both have that same great level of energy in their music. So many other good bands though Too!
I've been getting into The Grateful Dead after seeing a documentary on them called "Strange Trip" on Amazon Prime Video. I know I caught in late.
Creedence Clearwater Revival Dave Matthews Band Blink 182 The Beatles Pearl Jam ... more will come to mind
Anyone ever hear of the Gin Blossoms? Lol they are actually one of my favorites too... https://youtu.be/BbvrhP3tfjY
My most recent favorite is Phish. They're so cool! I know other people have known this, but I have only recently acclimatized to their particular flavor. I used to dislike them somewhat. I guess tastes mature. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Pi3UQ67Zu4

anything with fox amore, amadia, juniper, lilipad, and a whole bunch of others. back in the 70s i'd say my number one was the moody blues, a toss up between them and tangarene dream. in the 90s it was mostly celtic as well as filk, and electronic space music as long as there's been such a thing, like in every other context, i'm really not that good at remembering names. i really have no idea who anyone commercial is currently. i mostly only know about people who intentionally give away some of there music for free. sometimes when the do something that is a cover, i have no idea that it is, because i don't listen to commercial broadcast media, so sometimes when i'm in a store or somewhere that they're playing something that one of the people i know covered, i first think, oh cool, they're actually getting commercial air play, and then i realize its not actually who i think it is, that's the only way i find out that anything is a cover. numina and aeterna are names that come to mind, mary youngblood and some of the others who do indiginous stuff and the celtic ones, the whistle binkies, and a bunch of others of those. but mostly it was like walter/trans/wendy carlos, jethro tull, blue oister cult, seals and crofts, yah the last time i really paid much attention to commercial names was like back in the 60s and 70s, you know other then like the electronic stuff. keyboarists and classical composers, flute players. more then guitars or drums. joan armitrating and constance denby, i remember them, and e.l.o. and world beat kind of stuff. that goes back to the day too, i guess. no, all of the new stuff i know is by people who are mostly not commercial nor known. oh i guess steam powered giraff is kind of semi known. and linsey stirling. trying to think, but even kvmr was mostly a decade ago that i listened to broadcast radio at all.
