I like to toke before bed and listen to music. I've been listening to the same couple of explosions in the sky albums and I think it's time for something new. Does anyone have any suggestions for bedtime toking music? Thanks!
Not at all what you are used to, but hey... works for me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lVeCx0bM7Xg"]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lVeCx0bM7Xg

The National download Boxer, High Violet, and Alligator. put all three albums on shuffle. it's not at all post-rock like EITS but it's real chill. i used to crash to them all the time.
Lol, thanks for pointing that out me! I didn't notice it either. Oh well...I'm leaving mine for some insomniac to stumble upon.
I'm not sure I get the concept of ambient. That's my fault. I always thought ambient music was slower and kind of spacey or dream like music. I'm bad at categorizing music. sorry for the confusion guys! Anyway, great suggestions! I love them all!
Check this one out.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=huurFjHbY7k"]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=huurFjHbY7k
I'd like to recommend 2 albums.... Teen Dream by Beach House Coles Corner by Richard Hawley Both top notch go to bed softly softly listening. The whole beach house album is superb from start to finish, and check out The Ocean by Richard Hawley to get a flavour of him.
[EDIT : I just read what you said about ambiant music, so I don't know if that's what you're looking for, these are really slow/soft/etheral tracks, the softest I know. It's 'drone' rather than ambiant (although it doesn't really matter how you call it, especially for that kind of music I think) ] My favorite ones : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i9IwZJfcsR0"]Windy & Carl - Akimatsuri - YouTube most anything by Celer ('indentions on summits of hands' on 'close proximity and the unhindered care-all' album) also (I really love this one personnaly) : http://ia600404.us.archive.org/33/items/bsc_002/01_-_will_thomas_long_-_sequoia.mp3 more (shorter ones): https://soundcloud.com/foxydigitalis/raajmahal-bridge-of-temptation https://soundcloud.com/foxydigitalis/raajmahal-curly-locks destroy the week end by J hanson And maybe my favorite drone album (if only it lasted longer) : Hold / Sick by Grouper (great artist too) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s3ptKz2CirA"]Grouper - Hold - YouTube lee noble, "touch of silence - tibetan singing bowls" by klaus wiese, .. I LOVE drone, especially when high in my bed aswell
