First of all, Witches do not believe in a being called Satan. There will be some who do practise black magic, as there are bad people in all religions ( yes i know Witchcraft isn't a religion, but you get the drift ) ... Remember, Witchcraft and Wicca are two different things. Witchcraft is the practise of magic and natural remedies and Wicca is a religion, where they have Gods and Goddesses Try to get your hands on some good books. If you search on the internet, be careful because you will get some false facts about it I'll try to find you a few good sites later on

Do some research on Wicca, it's all over the internet, but like someone else just said be careful about what you read there is a lot of bullshit out there.

Witchcraft can be practiced by lots of different kinds of peeps, including satanists. But yes, I think it's safe to assume they're not to be considered the original source and there are large differences when it comes to groups who practice witchcraft. A bit stupid those peeps insist on calling themselves satanist then.
I just don't see why so called individualists that do not believe in God or Satan would call themselves satanists, especially not because a guy called Lavey proclaimed it to be a good idea. What kind of individual are you if you follow the nonsense of somebody else. Makes the term satanist even sillier than a christian or a real follower of Satan (last one is perceived as pretty silly by me as well though)
What I meant was that I view what we do in the forums as sharing information, sharing opinions, and having discussion. I don't view the discussions as "cases" to be won or lost.
