How many pairs of Shoes do you own?

How many pairs of shoes does the average woman own?

On an average, a female from ages 13-16 may own about 15 pair of shoes including sneakers.
And older woman 16-21, who perhaps has a job: 25-40 pairs
A mature woman 25-50, anywhere from 40-60 pair of shoes

Of course, you have to take into account, the profession, salary and location of the woman. In the big cities such as Manhattan or London, shoes are not only an item of clothing, but an accessory, fashion statement, and measure of position/wealth.
And remember, for women all over the world, it doesn't matter what size you are, it's always fun shopping for shoes.

I have 4 pairs of shoes; and I've never been accused of being "average".

Do flip-flops count? I have 3 pairs of shoes. Converse, hiking shoes, and a pair of flats. I don't see the need for any more. Also have 2 pair flip flops.

 

Oh My! Natilee I think I'm in Love with you already! I have to admit (and I don't know why), but it's such a turn on for me to see a woman in flipflops! *blushing*

One pair of work shoes, one pair of slippers/sandals, and a pair of tennis shoes that I don't wear. Basically if it's cold, I wear my work shoes. If it's warm, I wear my slippers.

I've considered the whole barefoot thing, but around where I live I would step in way too much glass. My slippers are the bare minimum of footwear that I can manage.

I have one pair of shoes, one pair of boots (for my pirate costume) and 3 pairs of flip flops.

Well, I can't give an accurate count at the moment because we're currently living with my father-in-law and most of our stuff is in storage, but I brought 11 pairs with me--including 1 pair of Ugg-style slippers, three pairs of tennies, 1 pair of boots, and 1 pair of clogs...

That's just the tip of the iceberg.

I do have plans to downsize in a major way after we get settled again. Moving and storing that volume of anything really is a pain in the ass.

I'm not sure if my mother has ever counted all of hers, but I think I might have surpassed her a long time ago; my last count was +60.

I DO wear all of mine, just not all at once

 

I have 2 pairs of shoes. Knee high biker style boots and a pair of DM's. I don't wear shoes unless I'm out in cold weather. Plus I have about 10 different coloured DM laces so I just change laces depending on my outfit for that day.

 

One pair of tennis shoes, two pairs of flip flops, snow boots, and one pair of glittery high heels if I ever get wrapped into doing something formal
