Country Ruled by Those In Public Eye

What would a country be like if had to by law be ruled by those in public eye?

The good news, to me at least, is we got the band Godsmack now in the public eye because of a new ablum (the Oracle) they are about to release in May. We also got Jesse Ventura in public eye because of his new book. What kind of government rule would it be called by term for a country to be ruled by those in the public eye. Oh yeah, and it wouldnt matter how many people are in the public eye either, they must be the rulers for as long as they are in the public eye.
