I just recently got into these guys and I bloody love it......they are just insane!.....Pushing the boundaries between genius and chaos.....moving at a shot between a barely tolerable intensity of noise, before breaking into something beautiful.....Im lovin the sax.....the use of the Hammonds bass pedals....the quirky timings....Hammils lyrics and vocal....Love it all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Who else here digs em????

I like Van der graaf generator, but what album(s) do you have?

Are you talking about "A Plague Of Lighthouse Keepers" from Pawn Hearts?

I really dig 'Pawn Hearts' but found 'H to he who am the only one' dull.

That album had its moments. But "Pawn hearts" and "The least we can do is wave to each other" are superior. The two best VDGG albums.

    "The Aerosol Grey Machine"
was something else, had its moments but lacked direction and clarity. "Still life" was an interesting change in pace, but I think the band went downhill from there.

Don't have all the VDGG albums, but Godbluff is great. So are Pawn Hearts and H to He.
