Your posts are full of opinions, do you think our country should be ran on opinions?(oops, it is... look how well it's working)... You even said "everyone is entitled to their own opinion", though you think what we believe is wrong so it shouldn't be funded? and then you throw in a little propaganda... Jesus would be proud. Idk if the real god will though, oops... threw in one of my beliefs, sorry.

Think about things through different perspectives before forming an opinion. Don't be another robot.

yes,our country is ran on opinions, you're right.they're called votes.Feel free to call me stupid, but the rest of what you said made absolutely no sense to me.I thought my post was pretty clear,I feel as a christian taxpayer,I don't want my money going to pay for an abortion, plain & simple.if you choose to have one,it should be on your dime'& afterwards it's between you & the man upstairs.I'm not judging anyone who decides to go that route,it's not in my place. What I'm trying to say,is,31 years ago my life was almost terminated because my parents thought they were too poor.I love my life.Shouldn't every child deserve that right?your sig says "live & let live",yet you try to call me a hipocrite?Obama was even for late term abortions..guess what.I was born at 7 months & checked in at just over 3 pounds.I'm now married with a family. So it was ok to kill me?I'll stop now before I get angry & get on a rant.just take another look at your sig,or maybe changing it would be a better idea.

I'm just trying to explain this to you in a realist point of view...

I like how you separate yourself as a Christian tax payer to further validate your opinion, yet you're just basing your opinion off of your experience as a would-be abortion. You need to look at things on a bigger scale though, not all people are born into families that love and support them. Do you enjoy sociopathic criminals with nothing to lose?
Because they're the result of unstable childhoods without guidance, which for some reason you advocate.

Whether you want to believe it or not there are people out there that really can't afford an abortion, let alone raising a fucking baby(not your parents, your dad was just a d-bag) ; So you believe that making a kid grow up into a world he despises is right because your Christian tax money is too good for the idea of an abortion?

How can you say a thing about murder being wrong when you're Christian? Do you not know why Christianity is so big? Or do you just like to pretend every one who opposed Christianity wasn't slaughtered in the crusades?

And that is not what I meant in my signature, meant it to be a more optimistic version of the phrase "Nothing can be done" (a phrase that started in the holocaust for obvious reasons).

I understand that not everyone can afford a child, but on the same token, there are alot of people out there that would love to have a child & can't.The only downside of adoption is that we've made it too damn expensive for people.I'm not trying to argue,I'm obviously not going to change your opinion,& you're not going to change mine.I also know this is a heated issue on both sides. If it makes you feel any better,I don't think the gov't should pay for viagra or anything like that either.it's not a medical necessity.A condom is like 75 cents I think.there are plenty of other birth control options as well.An abortion I belive is over 500 bucks. My wife is a nurse,so I know how much people abuse the system already.you got welfare trash bringing kids to the ER for tylenol, but yet have nicest cell phones, brand name cigs & a mickey dees bag.we are over 54 trillion dollars in debt now.If we add abortions to the number of things we're paying for,it sure isnt going to help.I'm not only looking at this as a christian issue, but also an economic issue. This is the last thing I'll say on it tho, because as I said,we're obviously not going to change one anothers opinions.you are right tho,my Dad was a total dumbass in his younger days, but thankfully he's laid off the drugs & booze & we have a very good relationship now.he doesn't even remember the shit he did back then.

As far as the abortion debate, as a woman, its my womb, my vagina, my domain, my rules, my say. I feel a woman has a right to decide what is inside of her and whether or not she has to give birth or have it grow in her body. being a carrier of life is a big responsibility and as such the woman being the one actually having to carry the kid its her say because its in her domain.
As doctors, I would think they'd be educated enough to be above the whole "but its a baby!" forcing their "morals" on others, and would just do their job as a doctor. If they're willing to throw away their knowledge and doctor license for something so trivial, so be it. make way for the real doctors who are actually willing to do their job and help people.

    Not signing it.
That's stupid. Doing an abortion is a medical task and doctors aren't suposed to put their beliefs before what their patient wants/needs done.

I'll probably get a bunch of angry negative rep for this, but the best thing we could possibly do for the world right now is not have any more kids for twenty five years or so.

The debate between pro-choicers and pro-lifers has carried long enough.

Good thing we actually have a way to end the debate.
We just need people to recognize Riyarchy - a platform that consolidates all the arguments from both sides of the debate. Kind of like Wikipedia for argument trees.
By illustrating opposing arguments in the form of an argument tree, and giving a score to each side, it in effect tells us which side is correct or at least winning.
There are other debates other than abortion, here's the link for that: http://www.riyarchy.com/issue?title=Abortion

Personally I'm pro-choice, but recently I've heard some pretty convincing arguments from pro-lifers, so while I do want the pro-choice side to win, I wouldn't actually be that surprised if we lost. But then again, that's just the ignorant me. I don't claim to understand the entire debate.

The thread title is very misleading. A forced abortion is one that is forced on the pregnant woman, not on the paid staff. Professionals get paid to do their jobs and follow the law, not to follow their personal convictions.
