Pink floyd

The other day I got an LP of Pink Floyd live in Sweden in September 1967 - apart from the vocals being absent, it's easily the best by far of the three known '67 concert recordings.

 

No I don't think Floyd would be as big as they are if they had kept Sid.

 

Pink Floyd, what a band.
Could listen to them all day.

Coming from a 24-year old, that's probably not what you're expecting to hear - but with parents who grew up listening to Pink Floyd & co. in the house, it catches on.

I just watched that whole video again. AWESOME! Pink Floyd, one of my favorite bands of all time no matter what they are doing....but I hated that the sound faded in the middle of the 40 whatever mins it was....so I am playing this part again, as I am looking at a bright moon outside the window right now.....and thinking of this segment.

They wouldnt be able to function as a proper band if they kept syd.

I prefer their early works, they sound a lot more sincere to me

My two favorite albums wouldn't exist if Syd, wouldn't have left. I wish there would have bee 2 pink floyds. One with Syd and one with David. Both Floyds would have bee great - UNLIKE VAN HALEN WHO WERE NOT AS GOOD WITH HAGAR. THAT PROBABLY shit, I locked my cops. I've been drinking and I can't go back and fix that. Or I won't go back and fix.

I always liked albums like wish you were here and dark side of the moon a lot but I always seemed to miss something behind the music or something if that makes sense. Just personally to me, and now that I know the piper at the gates of dawn I see them in a wholly different light. Its my favourite album at the moment

Moonglow, I think you might need to take the 's' out of https:.. I've read others say that on other threads.
