Your Five Favorite Beers (of better quality only please)

Currently,

1) Brooklyn Lager
2) Smuttynose IPA
3) Harpoon IPA
4) Magic Hat Howl
5) Dog Fish Head 90

 

As far as New England beers go, the only ones I've found worth drinking are

1) Magic Hat
2) Sam Adams

That's really it.

I've tried a lot of others, but haven't really been impressed.
Certain kinds of Ithaca, Otter Creek, or Saranac are okay, but overall they're not very good.
Just my opinion.

 

Magic Hat has all these good seasonal brews. Quite good.

Leinenkugels: Honey Veiss, Red Lager, Creamy Dark, and Sunset Wheat.

No offense, but Leinenkugel's is pretty crappy beer.

 

As you all know...Belgian beers are famous...
my favorite is Castle Blond 11% alcohol..
what is also a fact is that almost EVERY Belgium beer
is served in their own specific beer glass...:2thumbsup:
recently i tasted a Floreffe beer from an abbey near the town of Namur..

Crappy Beer=Bud, Coors, etc.

Leine's is the ONE US brewed beer I enjoy.

 

I had an excellent beer last nite at a bar in Cambridge. It's Cambridge Brewing Company Bierre de Miel, a Belgian-style ale with honey. Best new beer in a while.

 

I don't drink much outside of mainstream beer like Heineken, Sam Adams, Sierra Nevada, but I do like that Ruination IPA Ale(Indian Pale Ale), quite different with a kick but enjoyable

time to try more US beers then.

 

well, since i am broke, and sell hemp stuff to ppl as my job, i drink piss beer mostly (natural ice mostly) BUT i enjoy real beer way more so..

flying dog (any flavor)
eye of the hawk (mendocino micro brew)
labatt (im originally from MI lol)
boddingtons pub ale (english beer)
boont (another mendocino micro brew beer)

honarable mentions:swamp ape (florida micro brew),florida ale,red tail (mendo micro brew),racer,cable car,stella artois,bass ale,harp,,,,, and laser (joke lol its some nasty malt liquor)
