I dated an aquarius once. He was...quirky. Good guy though

Some dude asked me what my zodiac sign was one time, and talk about uncomfortable. Saying "we're compatible" and shit. Made my fuckin skin crawl and butt cheeks clench tight. Damn...

 

What was quirky about him?

 

Some of his quirks were in his mannerisms, which are hard to explain, you just have to see it. Think a smarter and better looking Kramer
He was very self contained, which I am too and I usually work best with partners who can draw me out of that....so our relationship was kind of weird. It took us a solid year of seeing each other to even feel like we were in any semblance of a relationship, we were both off doing our own thing most of the time
And he was totally oblivious to normal relationship norms, we would plan a really nice date, I would get very excited about it only to show up and find that he had invited 3 of his closest gal pals on our date lol
Generous guy though, he would hand out $100 to a homeless person without even thinking about it

I began to notice things like that when i looked more into astrology. For a while i was a disbeliever. It wasn't until i looked more into it, especially after reading my moon sign, that i began to question whether there is some truth to it or not.

 

I am interested in hearing which signs those are. Do they match that signs that would be predicted to be compatible with yours?

Same here. Well, I shouldn't say that I believe it, but it does interest me. The better half of my scientific brain kind of hates when I entertain any idea of astrology. Talk about dissonance.

Also, I tried to love a bull (two, in fact), then fell for a fellow aquarious, then finally a gemini. Every one of them, and just about every one I spent time with at all, broke the ice or made the first move.

 

umm, just a play on words. you know, aquariums, and aquatic life.

 

A lot of people seem to be in this category... I'd just like to switch all the signs around and see if they still agree there's something to it. Not saying there isn't.. But it seems easy enough to test. If you give someone one of these complex readings with sun signs and rising signs and whatever, tell them it is theirs when it isn't, if they say it's accurate then we kind of know it's nonsense.
