I want to save the bulbs i planted a few years ago along our property line before i fix the concrete blocks. THey have already bloomed this year. Anyone ever save their bulbs? If i don't save them they will surely be destroyed with the digging i will be doing.

Lift the bulbs, let them dry out in a cool, ventilated place + you can replant them in autumn. If conditions are not airy enough moulds may rot them!

just line a box with newspaper. Make sure to completely wash and dry the bulbs and pack them in with lots of paper (it keeps them the right humidity) and keep them somewhere cool, like your basement. Most tulips are not regarded as rebloomers, though. Depends on what kind you have. If you are not sure they are the sort to keep coming back every year, like the species tulips do, I'd ditch them and plant fresh bulbs next fall.
