Has anyone ever had this before? It's by the makers of Rumple Minze, but instead of peppermint schnapps, this is blackberry schnapps. I picked up a bottle this afternoon from the liquor store. The first shot tasted a bit like cough medicine, though the succeeding shots were much better. It actually has a nice flavor to it and goes down rather smoothly for being 80 proof. I am just sitting back and relaxing after a long week of work, alternating between shots of Black Haus and cold glasses of Pilsner Urquell.
Use to be one of my favorites until about 2 years ago when i drank entirely too much and got sick off it. Now just the thought of it makes me cringe. Its great stuff, i just can't get over it.
