zoloft and diphenhydramine...

ive been on zoloft for about 3 weeks... 100 mg ever morning, hasnt even been long enough to take effect...

but recently ive tried tripping on diphenhydramine.. and both times it was more than enough to trip balls... first time i did it was months ago and only 150mg made me see red things all over the wall... now ive done over 500mg at once and the most trippy effects i got were just watery/plastic warp like rippling effects on surfaces, voices and other little noises that werent there, random little flashes of light and lines moving, little spots and lines moving along surfaces in the corner of your eye(like a little bug moving real fast), and feeling like a bug is running up your legs or arms(that got kind of annoying after awhile lol)... but other than that no major hallucinations.. i mean i mightve been having other minor hallucinations, i remember looking at three nails sticking out of the walls in my room because they kept moving but went back to where they were when i looked at it.. although one of them wasnt really there at all... i may have had other little hallucinations like that that i cant remember but nothing really cool like in the experiences ive read about....

could this be because of the SSRI im on?? its zoloft, and i read on erowid that 100mg did make acid trips less intense... ive also robotripped since being on zoloft and it hasnt changed that at all... could zoloft interfear with drugs like diphenhydramine or have i just been unlucky??

no, but I can say with certainty that nothing good will come out of doing too much diphenhydramine, or DXM for that matter.

 

well dxm is great, maybe your someone who doesnt like it but i love it.... diphenhydramine yeah thats some fucked up shit... but it would be fun to really hallucinate on it once...

 

I kind of like DXM, I still do it from time to time, but it just leaves you feeling burned out and sketchy after a while.

any anti-depressant can change highs. i take lexapro, and diphenhydrimine hilucinate wise is way weaker than dimenhydrinate
always read up on wut not to take wile on anti-depressants
my guess is that it is making it not work as good, but its still very hard on your brain
wich also reminds me when i take around 400 mg of dimenhydrinate or more, i get the usual stuff, but i guess about 4 hours after i take it, i get this really really awake fealing,, u can be tired 1 min and all of a sudden ure awake like a mother fucker, its kinda like a upper feal, and if your wanting to go to sleep u r screwed till it goes away, wich will take about a hour or 2

 

yeah thats crazy shit.. i shouldnt have even tried tripping on something like that while on an SSRI... and i think your right about it still being hard on you.. i took like 600 mg of diph and the effects lasted for atleast 24 hours and i felt sick as shit like 6 hours after taking it.. i was mad gittery and i tasted metal, and my throat felt weird as hell.. it didnt hurt but it felt like unexplanably weird.. actually i think it wasnt my throat but my lungs or trachia or something.. it felt like(although i dont know what i was really feeling) my lungs and trachia were dry.. and ive had a cough for awhile(unrelated to the diph) but while i still felt fucked up from that shit my cough was coming out really weird and dry sounding almost like a gag but deeper...

lol whatever.. weird shit... im gonna lay off the drugs for awhile anyway... regardless of the diph.... ive been doing dumb ass shit with drugs even after deciding not too.. and its fucking with all the meds im on for anxiety and shit... now im being sent to a detox center and then an outpatient rehab program so i gotta chill on this shit...
