Option A) You have wormhole travel. You can instantly travel to anywhere in this universe at no repercussions. Only twelve wormholes can be opened a day. Option B) You can start over at any time period of your life, with all your prior knowledge. For example, you can choose to be five years old again and freak everyone out with your seemingly genius intellect, or start high school again and become popular. Option C) Once a day, you can travel to any fictional universe that you want to. You can only do this once every twenty-four hours, but can come back home whenever you want. Which one do you choose?
Option C. Freaking Hogwarts, Middle Earth, Galactic Empire. And technically I can make my own universe so theres always that.
Option B, I choose this one because you have timeless age if you so wish, immortality without the sad part of always watching everyone around you die...
Definitely C. Make my own idyllic world. Why would I choose B? It would be hell, especially if you know a lot already (not saying I do). To go through all that drudgery knowing even more would drive me to suicide.
Option B and age 17. At 17 I knew what I wanted to do in Life and hadn't yet made some of the bad decisions that ended up limiting my progress. I would have taken school much more seriously and gone for a doctorate program not stopping with a masters level. I would have started traveling to other countries far sooner than I did. There were other life changing decisions that I would have done differently had I the knowledge back at age 17. Aahhh well, wish in one hand....
I was going to choose option A. I'm surprised not many people have chosen that option. That gives you the option to go ANYWHERE. Hello...free travel! So I was going to choose option A, until I saw this: Holy shit dude, I would go to Hogwarts for a year then I would go hang out with the elves for a while, hop over to to Shire and see what Frodo is up to, then go explore Alice's Wonderland. When that gets boring I could go where the wild things are, or experience a wrinkle in time, or write my own book and go explore my own fictional universe.
i already did both of those things the first time around... my first thought was B, and i would just save it until i'm old so i could live 2 lifetimes. but then i realized that if i chose C i could go to neverland (not the michael jackson version) or some such place where i could just live forever without aging. option A would be a pain in the ass. only 12 wormholes a day? you'd have to wake up pretty early in the morning to get one of those before they were used up by someone else... even if there were 12 a day just for you, i'd probably do something stupid like travel to venus and be crushed by the atmosphere.
Hahaha. Awesome. I'm repping you. I've thought about scenario B MANY times, especially the bolded part. But it may not be as fun as you think. Innocence and stupidity go a long way towards keeping you sane. You'll only return to being 7 years old, but have 24 year old aspirations. You will literally have to fuck the hottest 8 year old in school because having the knowledge of a 24 year old, YOU BETTER be able to pull this off. Once you've done that you're only going to want more and more and better and better anyways, ya?
