I'd say very few people would have knowledge.

 

I would say that no matter how many people may or may not have enough skill, a disaster of that magnitude is not going to be one that anyone is going to survive long term.

 

People are more of survivors than you think.

 

We’ll all separate into small groups (with the exception of the occasional loner) and vie for food and water with force of arms until there’s only one group left
