There's no way I can control my nocternalness. It is simply the way my human body is meant to function. Obviously this will all change when I'm back at work next week. But I am definitely a night owl. Also, this is kinda strange actually. But I eat most of my meals throughout the night. If I wake up at midday, I can easily go 6/7 hours without eating. But come midnight, it's a differant story. I usually cramb my three set meals into the hours between 12 and 6 am! It's just how my body operates!
yeah man thats it...... i have me breaky at tea time dinner at supper time supper at breaky time dinner at tea time so i miss out on me tea man me spring have certainly sprung in me body clock .
