A few weeks ago, I was doing some yoga, and when I finished I was doing the corpse pose thing just relaxing bringing in all the positive vibes I could, letting my mind be cleared and all that. Before I started, I began burning some incense and playing some meditation type music. Usually, I feel pretty peaceful and nearly fall asleep when doing this, but this time I began to feel an incredible oneness with the whole world. It was indescribable. I began to imagine what it would feel like to be a rock, and a tree, and a blade of grass. I have never used recreational drugs, but this is what I have always imagined the feeling of being high to be (although I didn't see the cool colors and such...) at least as a result from some psychoactive drugs (salvia maybe?).

All I know is that the feeling was incredible, and I didn't really want it to end I sort of came out of it like 2 or 3 times and decided to let the feelings take me away again. All I know, is that since then I haven't been the exact same.

Does anyone else go through this? Or is this just something that comes with practice, or is it just something that the graces are felt of once in a while? I am not Budhist or Hindu, I am actually a Christian.

All I can tell you is do it three times a day for 15 minutes a piece and DON"T FALL ASSLEEP! It will do wonders for your mind and body.

It is certain that when a person reaches their most relaxed state through whatever means they will at once be exactly what they are without embellishment. That most certainly will be a life altering experience especially for those most contrived. Because what we are at basis is the same thing as the universe.
