I've got some kind of congenital hemiplegia (a neurological disorder) in the left half of my body (a 33% of the total, exactly), which means a little loss of equilibrium, precision and strongness. I'm interested in practicing yoga this summer, so, I'm asking to you...

    Is it yoga for everyone?

    Yoga, ya

it's totally for everyone. I don't teach it either, but I practice this meditation excersise. I love the way my body freely moves the rest of the day. Yoga centers the mind too. New to yoga? Try to find an experienced teacher to help with learning correct placement of body parts and alignment. A real good teacher (as I hope you'll try yoga) will be able to adjust class to meet everyone's needs:) bliss* and good luck!
