Yeppers! Fresh Blacktop...

sure does leave the soles with a fresh coating of dirty gray (and lots more depending HOW recently it was put down).

But a layering a deep gray and the radiant warmth leave behind a happy barefooter!

 

Damn! Already hot out! My soles are aching to barefoot that wonderful oozy blacktop.

 

Wouldn't fresh blacktop burn your foot?

 

Not that fresh. Been down for a week, but still smooth and warm in the midday sun. Yummy!

 

On the lookout for fresh or recently laid tar that is still " wet " in this hot weather. Love wet tar on my soles.

 

Freshly sealed blacktop leaves a wonderful coating on the soles too.

 

Hot, melted tar today topped up with street dirt.

 

Gonna be in the 80s today! Can't wait for the afternoon heat to tingle my bare soles!
