Yep Yep 2 hours and 30 mins of pain was worth it =].
My dreadlocks are kinda short.like just past my face short on the sides, The back is at the bottom of my neck near my shoulers and the front few dreadlocks are just past my eyes.

Only problem is there like reall stiff right now. Does that go away once they settle in ?

    pictures!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    we want pictures!!!!!!!!!!
are they stiff because they have been back combed tightly? if so they will calm down on their own ;)
if they are stiff because they used wax then, er i dunno!

if its hairspray it should'nt be to much of a problem. it should wash right out.....
i didnt put anything in mine (well i put a smidge of wax in 2 but scrubbed it right out as soon as i found this place!) and they fell out a bit. then tightened up. then fell out a bit. then tightened up lots etc etc.

    just two hours!?

i had to sit through seven hours of backcombing, though to be honest the most painful part was paying at the end.

mine were all stiff and sticky-outy right after backcombing but thats just becoause they were packed soo tight up to the root they didnt have much room to flex/bend...yes it will go away as they start to unravel a bit...it will be very annoying to have loads of looss hair all over.

Nearly 2 months in for me and this is the most loose hair ive had since i started yet at the same time i can see at the core of my dreads how knotted and tight they are ^___^

thats not the aloe gel you would want to use. When people here say aloe gel they generally mean the gel right from the plant.
