Yay For Acessories!

i went out today and got some beads and string to dress up my dreads. It should be fun i havent really had anything in them since i got them. and i will definitly post some pics when the masterpiece is done.

i even got a small bell! haha

any of you know about... what looks like felting???? on the outside. i saw this chick the other day with gorgeous colours of what look like felted wool.... any ideas?
