the sig works but when i click on the link its just a little box that says "remote linking not allowed" *shrugs*

well...it stands for internet relay chat i believe....it's basically the first chat rooms that were ever on the internet....irc has been around forever...you need a client to access it....the main one for windows is MIRC......check it out...it's pretty cool....all the elite people hang out there....if there is such a thing
