I've done xanax about 5 or 6 times now... The first time i did it, i was hooked. Then quit it for some months. I got my hands on about 90 xanax .5's and i can't stop eating them. Help?

^^^yep. benzos are a slippery slope that can lead to a lot of pain and suffering. they are damn fun, and real nice to mix with dope/other opiates (in low doses, not trying to give anyone and ideas..) but they are potentially VERY dangerous. Be careful
I take xanax on a regular basis for some problems I'm having and at first I thought this is great the way they make me feel, and yes I made the mistake of using them to get a bit of a buzz. But now I do not deviate from the prescribed instruction because I have run out before my refills are due and trust me what you'll go thru when you run out is worse then anything you want to imagine. I'm sure my condition made it worse but I can truthfully say that I seriously considered if I might be going insane. If you have any left, because I know they can go pretty fast if just used for a high. Stop taking them and only take one when the feelings of panic and anxiety get to be much to handle and only take one, just enough to take the edge off and stop even that as soon as you can. I've taken some serious meds for my ills, demerol, hydrocodone, oxycodone and a few others but that little pink football can make your life a living nightmare if abused.
Addiction can be a bitch. Can make a strong man into a quivering puddle of human weakness. Are you okay with being a quivering pile of human weakness? You don't have to be, but don't get it twisted... there is no tragic romance in drug addiction, just weakness and suffering and shame and seclusion. The choice is yours buddy.
i was going to give you a negative reputation for this.. then i realized thats private. instead im going to publicly call you out that comment was supposed to be funny you failed miserably. if it was serious, eating that much xanax will only add to problems.. these problems consist of a fucked up ankle AND a night in a strange homeless shelter, just as topnotch sstoner :sultan:
Just stop now. Benzo addiction is horrible. The withdrawal can be fatal if you are really really hooked. But, I think you could just stop now and be good. Throw the other pills out. Seriously. Benzos really aren't that euphoric of a drug, and their addictiveness far outweighs their "Fun" factor. Find another drug for goodness' sake. Anything is better to be addicted to.
It feels like shit, you feel like an alien for a week and then for a few months after you have varying emotions.

Lol ohh the stories i have with xanax. They're mostly retarded but they are all great memories. Like at the carnival, rides are so fuckin fly on this shit. I ran over my foot with my buddies fourwheeler didnt even fucking know till the day after the party. Dropping bottles in the street just leaving em there. shit like that
Gotta want to end your problem before you'll be able too. I'm the same with cigarettes, thankfully they kill me slowly though. If only I didn't love them so, maybe I could quit then! :sifone:
