my mate who im training with said the first few weeks is a bastard and just feels like hard work, then he says once ya body gets used to it it still feels liek hard work, but u get into it cus of the endophins. gonna need a bit of will power for the first month but im gonna get stuck in, gonna start kick boxing too. your gonna be a ballet teacher???

Buying Gym time, wow things are certainly looking up I would imagine you'll become an addict, used to be a runner back when. How long you'll last, might depend on how pretty the half naked people you exercise with are.
i don't bother with a gym. i do 2 sets of 30 press ups when i get up, then 2 sets of 60 sit ups. i then walk somewhere, and spend most of the day walking around places...
Bloody hell. Ten press ups in the morning is enough to knacker me out. Although I've at least improved on my struggling with five press ups that I started out with. Have you ever tried doing a handstand press-up?
id struggle to do 5, serious. im pretty big built but yrs of slothful lazyness has left me well weak. ill be starting off with loads of reps on the barbie aerobics dumb bells tommorow.
ooh i can't do handstands, nevermind handstand press-ups! the only reason i've got the muscle is although i'm a peaceful kinda guy, i'm also one of the kinda peoples that is usually out in the streets with friends. we get into fights we can't avoid, so i end up having a lot of em. my muscles build from that, and i work out a lil bit just for the sake of it really
